Jalapeno Cooker - Shape of Texas 1. Use fresh jalapenos, cut off the top 2. Remove seeds and veins with a potato peeler 3. Rinse out the empty shell 4. Poke a hole with a toothpick in the bottom 5. Fill the empty shells with your favorite filling 6. Put the Jalapeno Cooker on the grill (325-350 degrees) for approximately 17 minutes or in the oven for approximately 25-35 minutes. Set the Jalapeno Cooker on a sheet of aluminum foil to help shield direct heat. Your treat is done when the bacon is cooked. (Caution, always cook bacon completely)
